Quality Assurance measures exist throughout the manufacturing process. Sanderson MacLeod's Quality Management System is based upon ISO 9001:2000 standards and is FDA certified. Highly trained inspectors operate 24 hours a day, frequently conducting and documenting first piece, in process and final product inspections.
Advanced Metrology
The company's modern Quality Assurance Laboratory uses computer aided co-ordinate measuring systems. The instruments are capable of measuring and documenting tolerances up to 250x magnification, with .000002 precision. Custom optical comparator templates are created using the latest CAD software for use on shop floor comparators. Digital video cameras are used to verify fiber density requirements and force gauges determine fiber stiffness.

Sanderson MacLeod's highly trained Quality Managers are available to discuss specific customer quality specifications. They employ SPC, Quality Assurance Record Control, Certificates of Compliance and inspection reports to best support their customer’s quality requirements.
