Over the years, Sanderson MacLeod engineers have invented thousands of cosmetic brushes for some of the world’s leading cosmetic companies. This experience, combined with state of the art prototype development processes continues to produce cosmetic brush design breakthroughs.

 

Confidential Manufacturing Facilities

Sanderson MacLeod employs a “closed floor” manufacturing practice to ensure the highest level of product confidentiality. Only certified Sanderson MacLeod employees are allowed in the manufacturing facility. Highly trained Sanderson MacLeod machine mechanics perform all repair work. Production machines are designed and built in an on-site, modern machine shop by experienced engineers, tool makers and mechanics.

Sanderson MacLeod employs nearly 100 employees and provides automated cosmetic component assembly for increased cost savings. Product component assembly achieves predetermined customer specifications and is highly regulated using first piece, in process and final product inspection processes.


All Sanderson MacLeod production is monitored by a team of highly trained Quality Inspectors 24 hours a day.
